The Shen wedding cake
This is the rose lover's wedding cake. Two rows of sugar roses
between each tier. It is as high as a 5 tier stacked wedding cake
and therefore very popular. The roses can be made in the colour of
your choice. The cake in the picture is in white icing but it can
be made in ivory or any other colour. A piped monogram to add a
personal touch on the cake is always a possibility.
